Just 4 Kids Pediatric Dentistry is a successful pediatric practice dedicated to providing quality care to our patients. We are seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to complete our team. We work together daily to provide a quality experience for everyone who walks through our door. We maintain a fun work environment and enjoy each other's company while providing a comfortable atmosphere for our patients
We are seeking someone who is friendly, energetic, dependable, detail oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The pediatric dental assistant's role is to make our pediatric patients feel at ease during their dental visits while providing excellent care.
We require someone that has at least 2 years of dental assisting experience. We prefer candidates that have prior pediatric experience, although it is not required. Being bi-lingual in English & Spanish is also a plus! The office hours are generally Monday through Thursday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, but may vary based on office needs. Compensation will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Performing prophies & fluoride treatments
- Taking dental x-rays for children
- Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
- Maintaining an organized and child-friendly dental office environment
- Providing excellent customer service to parents and children
- Assisting with patient education, explaining treatment plans and post-operative care
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient records
Requirements:
- Certification in dental x-rays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prior experience working as a dental assistant, experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred
